We share your information only with the participating repair shop you are doing business with, and with service providers that help us operate the messaging service (for example, telecommunications carriers and our software infrastructure providers) — solely to deliver the service. We do not sell your personal information. As stated above, mobile opt-in and consent data is never shared with third parties.

Message frequency varies based on your service activity. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

Your choices

Data retention & security

We retain your information for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal, tax, and recordkeeping obligations, then delete or de-identify it. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information.
