- Vehicle & service information — details you provide about your vehicle and the service you request (year, make, model, symptoms, work order status).
- Message content — the SMS, call, and web messages you exchange with a participating shop through our service.

- To operate the service and communicate with you about your vehicle and appointments.
- To send transactional text messages such as appointment confirmations and reminders, repair estimates, approval requests, status updates, and post-service follow-ups.
- To provide customer support and maintain records of our communications.
SMS / mobile information. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
How we share information
We share your information only with the participating repair shop you are doing business with, and with service providers that help us operate the messaging service (for example, telecommunications carriers and our software infrastructure providers) — solely to deliver the service. We do not sell your personal information. As stated above, mobile opt-in and consent data is never shared with third parties.
Message frequency & rates
Message frequency varies based on your service activity. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
Your choices
You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for assistance. See our SMS Terms for details.
Data retention & security
We retain your information for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal, tax, and recordkeeping obligations, then delete or de-identify it. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information.
Children's privacy
Our service is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
